Andy first went to The WORKS in 2001 and has returned over and over again to take in a Gourmet WORKS Burger - his favorite being the Cracker Jack. Currently living in Oakville, Andy is an Ottawa native who grew up in Nepean. It was here where he met his lovely wife Colleen. They have two wonderful children Jessica and Scott.
On the business side, Andy has over 20 years working with great teams across the food hospitality, food service and food retail industries in various countries around the world and has helped lead, develop, and grow some of the most recognizable consumer brands; most recently Montana's Cookhouse Restaurant. A successful senior executive who is recognized as a leader in the food industry. Andy is leading the organization, to ensure all 300 Burgerheads bring "Fresh Thinking" to everything they do!.
| | | More Cowbell | |  | Sean Bell VP Finance & Procurement. Sean is a passionate foodie, who fell in love with The Works the moment he walked through the doors in Westboro! His favorite burgers are the Jamaican Jerk and the Man O'War.
Sean resides in Streetsville, but spent much of his childhood in London Ontario. He is the proud father of two awesome kids Nolan, and Sophia (and sorry Sen's fans, Nolan's named after former Leaf Owen Nolan).
Sean is a results oriented finance professional with over 15 years of progressive experience in the food & beverage industry as well as the financial sector. He is leading the finance, legal and purchasing function for The WORKS.
| | | Extreme Bean | |  | Kristy Coffey Kristy is a caffeinated numbers expert, and burger aficionado. She has most recently worked with the Cara group on the Milestones Grill & Bar brand, in the restaurant services and financial capacity. Kristy brings a highly focused work ethic to our team, and is extremely excited to be involved with the growth and development of The WORKS. She spends down time relaxing with her husband in her home-town of Brampton, where she enjoys reading, hot yoga, and cruising in her 1968 Beaumont. She is the mother of 2 future Baseball players and/or race-car drivers, Brock and Austin. Kristy is an insightful planner who always seems to be able to foresee the unexpected, keeping things on track, and moving forward.
| | | Sum Yung Guy | |  | James Dupre James has been with The WORKS for four years and is the Operations Manager for all six locations. He is always a big kid having fun and spreading his calm cheer all over The WORKS, and the world. James opened the Orleans WORKS location with professionalism and clear focus in 2007. His incredible work ethic, strong staff interaction, and organizational skills have helped him grow quickly and help us move into the next decade as a strong chain across Canada.
| | | Queen La-Beefa | |  | Kristin Leiska Kristin brings forth strong hospitality experience, to match her absolute love for food and burgers to our growing concept. Although Kristin’s experience base and infectious passion was the main reason why she is joining the team it was hard to ignore her incredible drive and love for our brand. With recent experience as the Marketing Manager for Tortoise Restaurant Group, known best for their Turtle Jack's brand, and previous work in Sales & Marketing with Hilton Hotels, Kristin will be taking the lead on all promotions, social media, website and Neighbourhood Bistro Marketing.
Kristin moved to the Halton Region 5 years ago and instantly fell in love with the area. She currently resides in Burlington with her husband Nolan and 100 lb retriever Oakley.

Bruce is an accomplished Sales and Marketing Executive with a 15 year successful track record in Hospitality as well as Consumer Packaged Goods and Sports Industries. Bruce has demonstrated his Fresh approach to portfolio management while delivering impressive results in both topline sales and bottomline profit for businesses both in Canada and the USA on great brands such as Kahlua, Campbell's, Montana's, Whiskas and Uncle Ben's just to name a few.
This Waterloo native says he's fallen in love with Ottawa twice. Once with The WORKS when his Brother and him enjoyed a Kamikaze at Westboro in 2003 and second with his wife Becky - born and raised in Ottawa. They have two adorable kids McKayla, 3 and Spencer, 1.

Sean is a proven 25 year Hospitality Professional with a successful track record of owning and operating both independent and franchised full service concepts. Sean’s experience has also spanned into the Franchisor side of the business holding the position of Vice President of Operations within a National Restaurant chain. Sean’s leadership and coaching strengths have resulted in instilling the highest operational standards that The WORKS adheres to. Top line sales driven and bottom line results orientated drive Sean to ensure all New WORKS Owners and their teams are well versed in all Operational aspects of owning and managing their business, always stressing that it's always about the Guest.
